Job summary

LJA, Inc. invites a Survey Project Manager to lead the Texas Survey department, overseeing multiple technicians and support staff.

You will manage budgets, client relations, and business development while coordinating with PMs to plan timeframes, staffing, and project schedules. As a licensed surveyor with extensive experience, you will guide the team, develop proposals, and ensure client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor required.
• 10 years’ experience in the surveying industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Texas Survey department and support staff.
• Oversee budgets, client relations, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Assist with developing project proposals and respond to project inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between clients and project team members and provide guidance to staff.
