LJA, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee daily operations of the Texas Survey department, guiding a team of technicians and support staff.

This role focuses on budget control, client relations, and project delivery in a dynamic, employee-owned firm. You will coordinate with Project Managers, develop plans, manage staffing, and ensure timely, accurate survey outcomes using AutoCAD and related tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor or equivalent credential.
• 10 years in the surveying industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Texas Survey department and field staff.
• Manage budget, client relations and business development.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on timeframes, budgets and staffing.
• Develop project proposals and maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Provide guidance to survey staff and ensure quality deliverables.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related software as needed.
