Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Survey Assistant Project Manager for our St. Louis, MO office.

You will support a Licensed Surveyor with crew scheduling, deed search, and CAD drafting, while performing courthouse research to gather right-of-way data. Most work is in the office, with occasional field tasks. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in surveying, strong knowledge of field and office procedures, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey file types, and drone

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related surveying experience
• Knowledge of survey field and office procedures
• Uploading/downloading equipment; survey file types like JXL, DC
• FAA Part 107 license or familiarity with sUAS drone operations
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Surveyor with crew scheduling and daily assignments
• Develop deed search and work maps for projects
• Develop base map CAD files and related drafting tasks
• Conduct courthouse or records research to collect right-of-way and property information

Skills
