Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee surveying projects for public and private sector land development. This role has responsibility for field and office teams, contracts, and project schedules.

You will lead crews, coordinate with clients and officials, and develop surveying plans using Trimble, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. The ideal candidate has a PLS license and 5+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in NC and/or SC preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in surveying management in residential/commercial development preferred.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS as well as field experience with Trimble Survey field equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Google Earth and IT a plus.
  • Thorough working knowledge of GPS required.
  • Candidate must pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's MVR policy.

  • Thorough working knowledge of GPS required.
  • Candidate must pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's driving (MVR) policy.
