Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) is seeking a Survey Project Manager for oversight of surveying projects to support the corporate office in Fort Mill, SC.

Responsibilities include leading a field and office geomatics group, coordinating with officials, planning crews, and administering contracts to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in NC and/or SC preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive surveying management experience in residential/commercial development.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Earth.
• Thorough knowledge of GPS.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; driving record per policy.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina (preferred).
• 5 or more years of progressive experience in surveying management in residential/commercial development preferred.
• Candidate will be expected to possess strong self-motivational and organizational skills, experience with survey computations and platting using Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS as well as field experience with Trimble Survey field equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Google Earth and IT a plus.
• Thorough working knowledge of GPS required.
• Candidate must pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's driving (MVR) policy.
