The Survey Project Manager is responsible for managing projects successfully, including marketing, client development, technical quality, profitability, scheduling, staff coordination, client communication, scope and fee negotiations, billing, and collections. Maintaining strong client relationships and direct communication with the Survey Practice Leader are essential.
