Larson Design Group in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking a Survey Party Chief to lead field surveys and supervise crews on geospatial projects. You’ll manage safety, data quality, and timelines while applying GPS, Total Stations, UAVs, and GIS tools to boundary, ALTA, topo, and ROW tasks.
You will mentor technicians, coordinate with fleet operations, and ensure field operations meet project requirements within budgets, offering growth through training and an ESOP-driven environment.

The Survey Party Chief is responsible for coordinating, directing, and overseeing survey crews to ensure that field surveys are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role manages daily field operations, supervises Survey Technicians, and ensures delivery is completed within project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. The Survey Party Chief leads the performance of boundaries, ALTA, topographic, existing conditions, right-of-way, transmission line, transportation, construction, and other geospatial survey assignments, utilizing advanced surveying, data acquisition, and mapping technologies.
