Job summary

Larson Design Group, an employee-owned Architecture, Engineering and Consulting firm, is seeking a Project Surveyor to coordinate survey crews and office staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will review boundary and ROW calculations, manage scope, and mentor junior staff across multi-discipline projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years’ experience, and a Professional Surveyor’s license with ability to obtain additional licenses across the United

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10 years of job-related experience, including boundary and ROW resolution.
  • Valid Professional Surveyor's License in multiple states; able to obtain more in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate survey crews and office staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop scopes, budgets, and fees for projects within the discipline.
  • Mentor team members and support internal training programs.
  • Maintain client communication and provide progress updates.
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
