Ideal candidates have 5+ years in land surveying, a South Carolina PLS license, and proficiency with Carlson Survey, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GPS equipment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; position is on-site with standard hours.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in land surveying, subdivision mapping, topographic mapping, and legal descriptions.
• Proficiency with Carlson Survey software and GPS equipment.
• Active South Carolina Registered Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate land surveys and investigations
• Prepare Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including boundary calculations and legal ownership requirements
• Oversee project schedules and budgets for timely, cost-effective delivery
• Advise engineering teams on projects, tasks, and operational needs
• Apply standard surveying concepts and professional judgment
• Perform complex boundary and topographic surveying and mapping tasks
• Lead, direct, and mentor field survey crews and technicians
• Demonstrate creativity and independent judgment in problem-solving
