Pulice is seeking a Survey Manager to oversee one or more project sites, providing expert input on engineering standards, specifications, and land mapping. You will guide survey teams, manage resources, and ensure accurate layout, topographic surveys, and as-built checks to support construction delivery.

The role requires a strong leadership background, 5+ years in surveying or land mapping, and a valid driver’s license. PLS is preferred and compensation is aligned with industry standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geometrics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in survey or land mapping required.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License expected.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Expert knowledge of land mapping and technical survey instrument techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

As a Survey Manager, you who will oversee survey teams of one or more project sites, providing technical input regarding engineering standards, specifications, design instructions and land mapping. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to contribute to deliver exceptional results.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provides work control lines and elevations that are required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff
• Ensures that crews perform layout work competently and accurately.
• Checks as-built conditions that require the use of surveying techniques.
• Provides topographic and cross-section surveys as required for planning and payment quantities.
• Assists with conducting quantity calculations as required.
• Monitors and maintains the condition and calibration of surveying equipment.
• Coordinates survey activities with the assigned engineer and superintendents to meet the construction requirements.
• Manages survey department resources and department assigned budget.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geometrics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in survey or land mapping required.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven leadership and management skills.
