Job summary

NorthPoint Development LLC in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Survey Crew Lead to perform field topo surveys and operate GPS, UAVs, LiDAR, and related equipment. This outdoor, local-to-KC role requires frequent travel for three- to five-day trips every other week.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to complete tasks and grow with the company, joining a team that values mentorship and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field surveying experience.
• Experience operating GPS, UAVs, and LiDAR.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform all field work to complete topographic surveys.
• Operate survey equipment including GPS, UAVs, LiDAR.
• Perform all field work for ALTA surveys.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to complete tasks.

This position is an outdoor local-to-KC support role with frequent travel, typically consisting of three to five-day trips, every other week. Who You Are

• 2+ years’ experience working as a field surveyor preferred.
• Capable operator of GPS, total stations, UAVs and Lidar.
• Experienced in working with typical survey processes and procedures related to site development.
• Must have a valid driver's license and are able to travel within the US by air and land.
• Up to the challenge of a dynamic team with the resources and talent to change rapidly with each unique project.
