Job description

DNT Construction, LLC is seeking field personnel for our Survey Department in the San Antonio and Austin areas.

This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, often requiring overtime. Employees start and end their days at the office, with no personal vehicle required for travel to job sites.

We provide on-the-job training; no prior experience is necessary but welcomed. DNT Construction values motivated individuals and promotes from within, offering opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the crew chief with daily tasks
• Communicate effectively with other field personnel for layout information
• Maintain the work truck, keeping it loaded, clean, and organized
• Set up and maintain Robotic and GPS survey equipment
• Use hand tools such as hammers, sledgehammers, and picks

Candidate Requirements:

• Be punctual and ready to work
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
