Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients, management, and design teams.
• Willingness to learn in a flexible, cross-disciplinary work environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and perform field work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assisting Professional Surveyors with CAD production, survey research, boundary analysis, exhibit preparation, legal description preparation, and survey computations
• Processing of raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D; perform QA/QC checks
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff
• Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are consistently followed
• May provide field survey support including boundary locating, staking, and other field work
• Lead by example – display solid judgment, values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism
