Job summary

Verdantas is hiring a field survey assistant in the United States to support boundary surveys, features and topography data collection. You will operate and maintain total stations, GPS units, and levels, assist in setup and calibration, record data accurately, and help prepare survey reports under the Lead Surveyor’s guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
• Operate and maintain survey equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and levels
• Assist in the setup and calibration of survey instruments
• Record and document survey data accurately and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with survey standards and project specifications
• Communicate findings and observations to the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during fieldwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor

Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00
