Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred.
• Professional Land Surveying registration required.
• 10+ years land surveying experience including 2+ years project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying activities for the assigned business unit.
• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Supervise project personnel to meet professional standards and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Review project changes, contract alterations, and billing inquiries.
• Develop plans for multiple, complex land survey projects and monitor progress.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure timely billings.
