ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Survey Crew Chief in our Hendersonville, NC office. The role requires leading a field crew on diverse surveying projects using GPS, robotic total stations, and Trimble data collection tools.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of land surveying experience, a strong grasp of data management, and may hold an Associates degree in surveying technology with SIT/PLS preferred. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• GPS surveying knowledge including static, fast static, RTK, and VRS.
• Experience with Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations.
• 4+ years of land surveying experience preferred.
• Strong management and organizational skills while running a field crew.
• Associates degree or higher in surveying technology, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field; SIT/PLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a field crew on various conventional, robotic and GPS surveying projects.
• Prepare daily field sketches, digital photographs, and organize data.
• Complete daily checklists and timesheets; manage vehicle navigation.
