The Geomatics Division offers spatial services essential for building, maintaining, mapping, and monitoring electrical infrastructure, utilizing advanced technologies such as GPS, terrestrial scanners, drones, and helicopter-based LiDAR.

We are seeking a Survey Crew Chief for long-term opportunities across Canada and the U.S., working on large-scale construction projects.

Key Details

• Truck and equipment supplied
• Travel and accommodations paid by Phasor
• 20 days on, 10 days off rotation

Responsibilities

• Perform daily survey activities, including measurements and staking for infrastructure
• Communicate regularly with Field Leads, Project Managers, Land Surveyors, and Clients
• Interpret design drawings, field data, sketches, and maps
• Coordinate and supervise field crew, mentor survey assistants
• Travel based on project location
• Operate and maintain survey equipment and tools
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial surveys
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Technical diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering preferred
