AHBL, Inc. in the Tri-Cities area is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to lead the field crew.

You will plan, organize, and direct survey work to stay within budget and meet client expectations, performing a mix of office and field tasks on projects including residential subdivisions, educational facilities, and military installations. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, extensive field experience, and proficiency with TDS, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and field notes are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of surveying experience.
• Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of TDS, Trimble software, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, and GPS equipment.
• Ability to organize field notes and execute field staking.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• A valid Washington State driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations.

What you will do

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• Survey Crew Chief - $31.00 - $48.00 per hour.
• Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
