J & J Survey, LLC is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our Kansas City metro team. Responsibilities include performing ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking, with no required travel.

The role combines field leadership with close collaboration with our office staff. You will lead the survey crew, ensure accuracy and safety, and coordinate project data, field notes, and deliverables for timely completion in a growing family business

Qualifications

• Experience leading surveying crews preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys.
• Ability to coordinate with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys in the Kansas City metro area.
• Lead and mentor survey crew in field operations and safety practices.
• Coordinate data, notes, and deliverables with the office team.
