Job summary

Actalent in Edison, NJ seeks a skilled land surveyor for permanent placement. The role focuses on preparing Title, ALTA and Topographic surveys, as-built drawings, and surface modeling to support site plans and development projects.

You will review survey work and perform construction stakeouts while staying current with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills and comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise is required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in projects involving site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
