Overview

Description: Nitsch Engineering is seeking an experienced Land Survey Field Crew Chief to join our growing team in one of our three Massachusetts offices in Boston, Lawrence, or Worcester!

Responsibilities

• Direct all duties of the assigned survey field crew
• Execute field tasks as described in the scope of work
• Maintain clear and accurate field notes by recording all significant data
• Update the Project Coordinator and Project Manager on anything that may cause potential issues with the project schedule or budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within Land Surveying.
• Experience with topographical, ALTA, property, and construction surveying.
• Experience with Carlson SurvCE and Leica.
• Experience working with MassDOT, preferred.
• Must possess and valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
