Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Survey Party Chief to lead field crews on land development and construction projects along eastern North Carolina.

The role requires proficiency with GPS and robotic total stations, strong boundary and ALTA survey knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior teammates while working independently. Candidates should have at least 3 years of field surveying, including 1 year as Crew Chief, plus a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field surveying experience.
• 1 year of experience as Crew Chief.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Commitment to accuracy, safety and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on land development and construction projects along eastern NC.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project quality.
• Perform boundary and ALTA surveys as required.

An established engineering and surveying firm is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to lead field crews on a variety of land development and construction projects throughout eastern North Carolina. This role requires expertise with GPS, robotic total stations, construction staking, boundary and ALTA surveys, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have at least 3 years of field surveying experience, including 1 year as a Crew Chief, along with a valid driver's license and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and client service.
