Qualifications

• 3+ years of land development surveying experience.
• Proven experience leading or supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of field surveying practices and construction staking.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the field as FEI’s primary on-site representative and supervise crew members daily.
• Execute surveying work including boundary, topographic, control, mortgage, and as-built surveys, plus construction staking.
• Maintain equipment, coordinate with office staff, engineers, and project managers, and ensure timely data delivery.
