Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Survey CAD Technician in our Huntersville office to join a well-established engineering, surveying and planning firm.

Applicants should have an associate degree or higher in surveying technology, 5+ years of land surveying experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D, Trimble data collection, GPS receivers and robotic total stations. Field work may be required, with a focus on land development surveys.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in surveying technology or related field; SIT preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ experience in land surveying preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills; field experience required.
• Position may require field work.
• Land development survey experience preferred.
• Experience with Civil 3D 2016+; Google Earth; Trimble Business Center; Word & Excel.
• Experience with Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, robotic total stations.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and have satisfactory driving record per MVR policy.
