Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Survey CAD Technician to join our office. The role requires in-office and field work, with a focus on land development surveys, commercial and residential layouts, and multiple route types.

Candidate should have 5+ years of land surveying experience, strong self-motivation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Trimble, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Geopak, and ArcGIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or higher in surveying tech or related field, or SIT registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey computations and platting; conduct field surveys as required.
• Prepare daily field sketches and photographs; maintain daily checklists and timesheets.
• Submittal of daily files including data downloads and organization.
