YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for the production of maps and drawings.
• Major objectives are the quality (accuracy, thoroughness, clarity) of work, meeting schedules, within budgets, and responsive service to clients.
• Coordinate the production of maps and drawings to ensure quality is present and budgets and schedules are met.
• Responsible for downloading/uploading field data, technical production of maps and drawings using various software platforms, and communicating with the project team.
• Perform property research both online and in the courthouse as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• AutoCAD Civil training/education certificate.
• 40-hour work week with potential overtime.
• LSIT highly desirable.
• Proficient technical skills: process-oriented, steady, helpful, analytical, problem solver, likes to work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail-oriented, precise, hates mistakes, likes structure.
• Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle report, cleared criminal background check, and a negative drug test result.

• 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018, processing survey computation, Carlson, C&G, Trimble, data processing, GPS, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, utility route surveys, and construction staking.
• Proficient in Microstation, primary drafting software.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD C3D.
• Previous use of Inroads and Openroads, main software for mapping projects.
• Strong plus: using Trimble Business Center.
• Strong plus: experience reducing field data in Microstation Inroads or Openroads.
