Surveying And Mapping, LLC in Greenwood Village is seeking a Survey CAD Technician I to support office and field staff by compiling data and producing final land surveying deliverables.

You will report to the Project Manager, learn SAM standards, and work with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit. No extensive experience required; on-the-job training provided; strong math skills helpful.

Formación

• Strong desire to learn; little to no experience required.
• Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus.
• Prior experience working in land surveying is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Processing data utilizing SAM standards, including evaluation of accuracy and sufficiency, while ensuring compliance to applicable land survey project principles under the direction of your supervisor.
• Monitoring field crew’s production and quality assurance.
• Carrying out initial QC of field deliverables according to standards and best practices.
• Coordinating with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met.

Responsibilities

As a Survey Technician, you will support office and field staff by processing incoming information and producing final land surveying project deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and perform technical tasks utilizing the latest technology in the A/E/C industry. You will help increase land survey project efficiency and client satisfaction by:

• Processing data utilizing SAM standards, including the evaluation of accuracy and sufficiency, all while ensuring compliance to applicable land survey project and industry principles under the direction of your supervisor
• Monitoring field crew’s production and quality assurance
• Carrying out initial QC of field deliverables according to standards and best practices
• Coordinating with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn -little to no experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Strong computer and technical skills; AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit or similar application is a plus
• Prior experience working in land surveying is a plus
• Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus
