Hanson, Walter & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join our team in Kissimmee, FL. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about precision, thrives in a team environment, and is experienced in producing a wide variety of survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Using AutoCAD Civil 3D, you'll prepare detailed survey drawings and construction documents for a variety of project types, including:

• Individual Lots & Subdivisions
• Roadways & Multi-Family Projects
• Shopping Centers & Retail Developments
• Industrial Developments

Typical Surveys Include:

• Boundary Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• Construction Layout
• Final Surveys
• Platting

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
• Highly organized with strong mathematical skills
• Comfortable reading and applying survey field notes
• Able to communicate effectively with field crews, Survey Project Managers, and Engineering Project Managers

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Solid understanding of survey principles and data interpretation
