Verdantas is seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our team in the Toledo, Ohio office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and survey existing conditions drawings, survey plats, and surveys
• Perform baseline mapping
• Develop drawings in accordance with company and industry standards and codes
• Coordinate closely with project surveyors and team members during drawing preparation

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of experience creating existing conditions surveys, including topographic and control drawings based on field data and publicly available information
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation (Open Roads), or similar software
• Relevant experience in survey drafting, right of way, and utilities design
• Ability to create plan and profile documents conforming to specifications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
