Survey CAD Technician

Department: Midwest North-Land Services

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Toledo, OH

Reporting To: Nicole Gilford

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / year

Verdantas is a national consulting group seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our team in the Toledo, Ohio office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares process and survey existing conditions drawings, survey plats, and surveys
• Performs Baseline mapping
• Develops drawings in conformance with company and industry standards and codes
• Close coordination is required with the project surveyors and team members while preparing drawings

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years experience with creating existing conditions surveys to include topographic and control drawings based on field collected data with publicly available information
• Proficient with any of the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station (Open Roads)
• Relevant design experience in survey drafting, right of way, and utilities
• Creating plan and profile documents that conform with specifications
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
