Your Role:

As a Survey CAD Technician, your primary focus will be preparing survey plans and deliverables under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor. The duties include:

• Deed Research: Perform deed research and plot record documents.
• Plat Preparation: Create detailed survey plat drawings with accuracy and precision.
• Drafting: Assist in drafting boundary, topographical, and ALTA plans.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively and work closely with surveyors and multiple project managers to ensure project success.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold high standards of quality in all drafting tasks to meet project requirements
