Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent CAD-related certification.
• Proven experience as Survey CAD technician in civil engineering or related environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoDesk, Civil 3D, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed survey drawings, plats, and maps from field data.
• Collaborate with surveyors and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Process and manipulate field survey data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparation of legal descriptions and boundary surveys.
• Create and update topographic maps, profiles, and cross-sections.
• Verify and validate survey data for consistency and accuracy.
• Generate survey reports and documentation for internal and external use.
• Stay informed about industry standards related to survey CAD technology.
• Support the team in resolving technical issues related to survey CAD work.
