Qualifications

• Associate degree in Surveying, Drafting, CAD Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Eight+ years of CAD experience in surveying/civil engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related survey software.
• Ability to interpret survey records, legal descriptions, field notes, and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey drawings, plats, maps, and exhibits using CAD/ORD.
