Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Economic Survey Research Center's Outreach Lab. You will help onboard interns, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate panelist recruitment.

Supports the Economic Survey Research Center’s (ESRC) core survey outreach and operations by coordinating intern onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day support for the ESRC’s Outreach Lab. Assists in the management of and coordinates processes related to panelist recruitment including communication planning and oversight of external call center activities. Plays a key role in maintaining and improving survey panels through monitoring response rates, managing retention activities, and ensuring regular updates and cleaning of the panel database. Uses survey platforms and CRM tools such as Qualtrics and Salesforce to support panel operations and recruitment workflows. Prepares monthly survey data releases and contributes to ongoing survey research activities. Supports ESRC operations and other initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

This position will require at minimum fingerprinting for a criminal background check, education and employment verification, along with potential additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. Any offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of any required background screening.
