Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Economic Survey Research Center's Outreach Lab. You will help onboard interns, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate panelist recruitment.

You will maintain survey panels, monitor response rates, conduct data cleaning, and assist with monthly data releases and related publications. Proficiency in Qualtrics and Salesforce is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Less than two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intern onboarding, training, and day-to-day support for the Outreach Lab.
• Support panelist recruitment, communications, and recruitment workflows; monitor response rates and perform database cleaning.
• Develop proficiency in survey/panel tools (Qualtrics, Salesforce) and assist with monthly data releases and publications.
• Collaborate with ESRC colleagues and Bank stakeholders to develop presentations and reports.
