Job summary

Terrible's in Primm, NV seeks a Surveillance Technician toInstallation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and video storage systems across the property. You will ensure continuous surveillance coverage, coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors, and uphold strict confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, video surveillance and security systems.
• Understanding of computers, networking and low voltage systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot cameras, monitors, cabling, power supplies and recording systems.
• Ability to install, adjust, focus, align and replace surveillance cameras.
• Ability to install, terminate, test, label and troubleshoot network/cat cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, test and replace surveillance cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Adjust, focus, align and replace cameras to ensure coverage and image quality.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify operation, image clarity and connectivity.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for surveillance equipment.
• Document maintenance, repairs, inventory, and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain surveillance equipment rooms and workspaces in a secure, organized manner.
• Follow gaming regulations, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
