Job summary

Primm Valley Casino Resorts is seeking a Surveillance Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot security cameras, DVR/NVRs, and related gear at our Primm property. You will ensure continuous coverage and system integrity across surveillance networks.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, camera alignment, network cabling, and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Basic surveillance knowledge including CCTV and IP cameras.
• Understanding of computers, networking and low voltage systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot surveillance equipment and recording systems.
• Ability to install, adjust, and replace cameras and cabling.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, ladders, and testers.
• Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, test, and replace cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Adjust, focus, and align cameras for optimal image quality and coverage.
• Inspect surveillance equipment for proper operation and cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for surveillance gear.
• Document maintenance, repairs, and system issues; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Respond to malfunctions and support system installations or upgrades.
