Job summary

Station Casinos LLC at Boulder Station in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor for the Grave shift to oversee proactive surveillance operations and protect company assets. You will operate CCTV systems, observe and report violations, and maintain confidentiality across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation that protects the Company's assets and licenses
• Operate all Surveillance CCTV and related equipment
• Accurately and confidentially observe and report all violations of law, regulations and procedures
• Cooperates with other departments and other Station Casinos Surveillance Departments in protecting the assets of the company
• Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to the conduct, operations, controls and procedures involving surveillance activities
• Demonstrate leadership abilities, including coaching, training and motivating all surveillance personnel
• Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of each game
• Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions or events

Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation that protects the Company's assets and licenses. Be familiar with gaming regulations, Company policies and procedures, and have working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operate all Surveillance CCTV and related equipment. Accurately and confidentially observe and report all violations of law, regulations and procedures. Cooperates with other departments and other Station Casinos Surveillance Departments in protecting the assets of the company. Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to the conduct, operations, controls and procedures involving surveillance activities. Demonstrate leadership abilities, including but not limited to, coaching, training and motivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities. Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of each game, such as dealing procedures, counting strategies and methods of cheating. Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions or events.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration. Minimum 3 years previous Surveillance Agent experience preferred. Must pass written Surveillance test. Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high stress situations. Able to perform all functions required of a Surveillance Agent. Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision making skills that are in the best interest of Station Casinos.
