Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee team members, monitor the casino floor via CCTV, and protect casino assets. You will observe activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and generate reports on incidents and security-related matters.

Qualifications

Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
Must be able to read/write in English.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Observe guest and team member activity on the casino floor and other areas via CCTV.
Monitor for safety hazards and security incidents; report as needed.
Operate monitor room equipment and maintain surveillance records.
Assist in scheduling and training of staff as needed.
Review actions with Surveillance Management and report any violations.
