Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor activity across the property and maintain secure, compliant operations. You will document incidents, report findings, and contribute to a safe guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in security or surveillance. Position may require extended hours; Maryland license compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in security/surveillance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; extended shifts may be required.
• Must obtain/maintain license per Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities of guests and team members on casino floor, cages, and count rooms via CCTV for violations.
• Identify safety hazards in casino areas to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in training in CCTV equipment and alarms.
