Red Mile Inc. seeks a surveillance team member responsible for monitoring all gaming and cash-handling areas, using equipment to identify and document illegal or unusual activities, and reporting findings to the appropriate personnel. Must present a neat and professional appearance at all times.

The role requires flexibility for shifting schedules, a strong focus on confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to patrons and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing.
• Proven ability to operate a surveillance system.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with wagering operations units.
• Strong English communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor all areas of the property at all times and report risks to the appropriate person.
• Maintain knowledge of rules and ensure strict adherence throughout the property.
• Protect Red Mile’s integrity by monitoring activities on the gaming floor and beyond.
• Assist Surveillance Management by directing the flow of reports and maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain high service levels in the Surveillance Department.
• Observe, document, record and report unusual or suspicious activities.
