GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems, patrol premises, and quickly respond to threats in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires sharp observation, attention to detail, and strong reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
