GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Job Description

As a Surveillance Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to monitor security systems, detect suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents. You will be stationed in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses, ensuring safety and security.

• Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, with shifts including Saturday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, and Monday to Wednesday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hourly wage: $19.50 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activities
• Document incidents and write detailed reports
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system functionality and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Protect individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent visual attention and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours of security training (additional training can be obtained during hiring)
