GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Surveillance Security Guard?

This role requires a sharp eye and attention to detail to monitor security footage effectively. Share your strong observation skills with us.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will identify potential threats early in environments such as security operation centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Set schedule: 40 hours/week, Saturday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Wednesday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents with detailed reports
• Respond promptly to threats or incidents
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Protect individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent visual and concentration skills
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours of security training (additional training during hiring)
