GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard?

What matters most in this role is your sharp eye and attention to detail. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, identifying threats, and ensuring safety in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Site Location: Santa Rosa, California
• Schedule: 40 hours, Thursday to Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Hourly wage: $19.50 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents and write reports
• Respond promptly to incidents and threats
• Conduct patrols to ensure safety
• Control access and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Protect individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CA Driver’s License and clean MVR
• Pass extensive screening
• Strong report writing skills
• Exceptional observation and concentration skills
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, military, law enforcement experience (preferred)
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours of training (additional trainings available during hiring)
