Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Ambassador in Palmyra, Missouri. You will monitor security systems, document incidents, respond to threats, and control access to secure areas to ensure safety.

The role is part-time, Saturday through Sunday 1st shift 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a competitive wage of $19.73 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance. Uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations.
