GardaWorld Security is hiring a Surveillance Security Ambassador in Arnold, MO. This role focuses on monitoring security systems, identifying threats, and reporting incidents to ensure the safety of people and property on site.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Sat-Sun, 2nd shift, 2 PM–10 PM) with a competitive hourly wage of $18.54 and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass an extensive background screening
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and concentration
• Proficient with technology
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to secure premises
• Control access and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety of people and property
