Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Ambassador in Palmyra, Missouri. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, detecting threats, and reporting incidents to keep premises safe.

Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.73 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer matching, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• TWIC certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
