Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Surveillance Security Ambassador to monitor screens, spot threats, and document events. You’ll support rapid responses and patrol duties, ensuring access control and safety across sites in Maryland Heights and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes observation, detailed reporting, and teamwork with security teams and, when needed, law enforcement. A HS diploma, U.S. work authorization, and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• State license if required
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Good eyesight and focus; proficient with technology

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system performance for vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations
