Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Operator – Surveillance to manage surveillance equipment, document and report activities in a safety-critical role.

You will observe, tape and report violations, interact with law enforcement when needed, and ensure system reliability while meeting shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong math, clear English communication and 2 years of casino surveillance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in casino surveillance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
• Strong mathematical skills are required to understand casino games.

Responsibilities

• Operates surveillance equipment within the Surveillance room.
• Documents, observes, tapes and reports violations of state regulations and company policies.
• Interacts with law enforcement in investigations on company property.
• Reports malfunctions of the surveillance system.
• Assesses data and provides direction per company guidelines.
• Maintains safety and regular attendance as essential functions.
